The Watson Property Management team was recently recognised for excellence in Property Management, winning six national awards from the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ).  Together with six runners up awards, Watson has been shown to provide exemplary services for their clients.

The REINZ Awards recognise excellence and best practice in the property management sector. Franchises and independent offices across New Zealand compete for these prestigious awards, which are judged by an independent panel made up of four industry experts and a member of parliament (outside housing). Winners are selected based on multiple criteria, including quality of customer service, level of industry expertise and commitment to professional ethical standards.

We are the first Property Management office in New Zealand to take home three REINZ awards in one year.  Watson is also the only company which has won the prestigious Property Management Office of the Year twice.
