Watson Real Estate is a family owned and managed business. Founded in 1996 by Ken Watson, the management team includes Tanya, Greg and Marcus Watson, with a total of nearly 50 years' experience in local and international real estate. Our large team of agents and our support staff are part of our family, and share our belief in integrity, honesty and ethical business practices.

	Ken Watson With a background in banking and finance, Ken Watson has more than 25 years' experience of the local property market. Ken represents a combination of old fashioned business ethics and a thoroughly modern understanding of the regional property market. He is passionate about Palmerston North, and combines this passion with a genuine belief that you are the most important part of any business deal.
	Marcus Watson Marcus has worked in real estate since 1993. His Bachelor of Business degree, specialising in valuation and property management, and his international experience gained in London gives him an edge in the local market.
	Greg Watson Greg has worked in real estate since 1996. Having lived in Europe and travelled extensively, Greg has a wide range of experience which he has been able to draw upon in his drive to make Watson Property Management Division the most effective and innovative property management service in New Zealand.
	Tanya Watson Tanya Watson brings a new and dynamic approach to the company. With a diverse background in training and marketing, her original ideas and innate energy means that Watson Real Estate maintains its position at the forefront of the local property industry.
