Award-winning Property Management

The Watson Property Management team was recently recognised for excellence in Property Management, winning three national awards from the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ).

Residential Property Management Office of the Year (2009) Residential Property Manager of the Year, Jenny Parry (2009) Residential Property Manager Rookie of the Year, Sonia Burke (2009)

The REINZ Awards recognise excellence and best practice in the property management sector. Franchises and independent offices across New Zealand compete for these prestigious awards, which are judged by an independent panel made up of four industry experts and a member of parliament (outside housing). Winners are selected based on multiple criteria, including quality of customer service, level of industry expertise and commitment to professional ethical standards.

We are the first Property Management office in New Zealand to take home three REINZ awards in one year.
