Michael has been active in the property industry since 1977 as a Registered Valuer, Licensed Real Estate Agent and Licensed Auctioneer. He trained in Wellington and has worked in the Manawatu since 1983, based in Feilding.
Michael owned his own business for many years and is now enjoying spending more time directly with buyers and sellers, specialising in Residential, Lifestyle, Commercial and Industrial properties and businesses.
His knowledge of the local market is second to none and he prides himself on his appraisal and negotiating ability, which benefit his clients.
He is passionate about the growth and improvement of Feilding and the Manawatu District, has been Chairman of Feilding Promotion since 1995 and a Trustee of Manfeild Park since 2004. His family are now grown up but he served on the Boards of Trustees of three local schools.
